The Fair Co. is a for-purpose, certified social enterprise and People+Planet First verified consulting firm.
We specialise in Social Procurement and the Social dimension of ESG, helping businesses and government turn Australia's procurement policies into real, lasting impact. That means building supply chains that create opportunities for people who need them most, and workplaces where everyone belongs.
We've been doing this work for the better part of a decade, originally established by the Victorian Government to help organisations bring the Social Procurement Framework to life. Today, we partner with industry and government across Australia, offering end-to-end support from strategy and tender preparation through to implementation, supplier connections, skills and employment programs, and reporting.
