After leading The Fair Co. through a period of significant growth and change, Chris Buckingham will conclude his time with the organisation at the end of this month. Chris’s fixed-term contract was due to run until late 2025, and he has chosen not to move into a permanent role.
The Board extends its sincere thanks to Chris for the energy and focus he has brought to the business, from leading our rebrand, to strengthening organisational stability, to securing strong growth in our work. His contribution has helped position The Fair Co. for its next chapter.
As Chris reflected: “It has been a privilege to work with the team at The Fair Co. We have covered a lot of ground in the last 8 months, and I look forward to watching the organisation’s growth and development from a distance.”
To ensure continuity, Michelle Cunningham, our Director of Commercial and Corporate Services, will step into the Chief Executive Officer role. Having been with the business for two years, Michelle brings deep commitment to our purpose and a steady, thoughtful approach that will guide the organisation and our partners confidently through this next phase.
